A small tool that groups batched customer payments into a single bank deposit in QuickBooks Online, so the bank feed matches automatically — replacing hours of manual checkbox-ticking with one reviewed click.
It connects to QuickBooks only when a user signs in on Intuit's own page and clicks Allow, holds that access in memory only for the minutes it runs, revokes it when done, and stores nothing.
