Deposit Matcher is designed around not keeping your data.

What the tool accesses

With your explicit per-session authorization through Intuit's sign-in page, the tool reads QuickBooks Online accounting records (payments and accounts) needed to verify a batch, and creates the single deposit record you approve. It requests only QuickBooks' accounting scope; it has no access to payment processing, money movement, or your Intuit password, which is entered only on Intuit's own pages.

What is stored

Nothing. The tool runs on your own computer. Authorization tokens are held in memory only for the minutes a session lasts and are revoked at the end of the session; in any event, access tokens expire on their own within about an hour. Batch files you provide are read for the session and are not retained, transmitted to the developer, or shared with anyone. The tool contains no analytics, tracking, or advertising.

The sign-in redirect page

After you authorize on Intuit's page, Intuit redirects your browser through a static page on this site that immediately forwards you back to the tool running on your own computer. That page stores nothing and has no server-side processing; standard hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) may keep routine access logs per its own policies.

Your rights

You can revoke the tool's access at any time from your Intuit account's connected-apps settings, independent of the tool. Since the tool stores no personal data, there is nothing further to delete on the developer's side.
