Effective July 21, 2026
Deposit Matcher ("the tool") is software developed by Roman Kus ("the developer") that helps QuickBooks Online users group batched customer payments into a single bank deposit.
You may use the tool only with QuickBooks Online companies you are authorized to access. Every session requires you to sign in on Intuit's own authorization page and explicitly grant access; the tool takes no action in your QuickBooks company without that grant and your in-app confirmation.
The tool reads payment records you direct it to, verifies them against a batch file you provide, and — only after showing you the full list and receiving your confirmation — creates a single bank-deposit record grouping those payments. It does not move, transfer, or process money, and it makes no other changes to your books. Actions it takes are recorded in your QuickBooks audit log and are reversible within QuickBooks.
You are responsible for reviewing the confirmation screen before approving a deposit and for the accuracy of the batch files you provide.
The tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the tool. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The tool is an independent work and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains governed by your agreement with Intuit.
These terms may be updated; the current version is always at this page. Questions: romanwkus@gmail.com
